The LowCarbon.Earth Demo Day is the culmination of Asia’s premier climate tech accelerator, organized by the Massive Earth Foundation (MEF) in collaboration with UNEP. Now in its fourth edition, the accelerator has nurtured over 179 startups,
including 76 women-led ventures, providing them with mentorship, networking, and funding opportunities.
This year’s program saw a record-breaking 500+ applications from climate tech startups across the Asia-Pacific region,
with 85 startups making it to the cohort and 40 standout ventures selected to pitch their innovations to top investors.
The program focuses on six critical areas—clean air, agri-food, renewable energy, digital innovation, sustainable mobility, and plastic pollution—addressing some of the most pressing environmental challenges.
In the 2023 edition, the LowCarbon.Earth Demo Day was hosted at Novotel Bangkok, bringing together leading investors, venture capitalists,
and climate-tech experts to explore cutting-edge solutions in microplastics, cooling, textiles, renewables, and agriculture. With past
program alumni collectively raising over $350 million, LowCarbon.Earth has solidified its reputation as a launchpad for deep-tech and emerging climate startups.
Extensive media coverage, including features on CNBC Awaaz, has further amplified the accelerator’s impact, reinforcing its position as a premier ecosystem builder for climate innovation.
